Care for Your Shoes

Regularly brush your shoes with a suede brush to remove dirt and maintain the suede nap.

Brush in the same direction to avoid damaging the fibres.

Spray shoes with a suede protector. This will create a barrier against water, stains, and dirt.

If your shoes get wet, let them dry naturally away from direct heat.

Tough Stains- Apply a small amount of white vinegar to a cloth and dab the stain.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a shoe tree to maintain the shape

A Full refund for products returned within 14 days - please see our Refund Policy if you have any question.

Self Returns online can be easily processed by logging into your Reinhard Frans account and requesting a refund for your order. Returns shipments are for the customers account, alternatively you can visit any one of our stores for a FREE refund or exchange.

Ensure the perfect fit
  1. Wear socks similar to the ones you plan to wear with the shoes.
  2. Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
  3. Mark the longest part of your foot (usually the tip of your big toe or second toe)
  4. Use the ruler to measure the distance from the wall (heel) to the toe mark.
  5. Repeat the process for both feet, as one foot is often slightly larger than the other.
  6. Use the measurement of the longer foot when determining your shoe size.
  7. Use our shoe size chart from Reinhard Frans (located above next to sizes) to convert your foot length to the correct shoe size.
