Eligibility Criteria

Quality Standard:

• Returned shoes must be high-quality, such as handmade shoes.
• Mass-produced shoes from low-cost manufacturers (e.g., Chinese mass-produced shoes) are not accepted.

Condition:

• Shoes must be in relatively good condition, wearable, and suitable for resale.
• Excessively worn or damaged shoes will be rejected.

Return Process

In-Store Returns:

• Customers may return their shoes at any Reinhard Frans retail location in the Netherlands.
• The voucher is automatically applied to in-store orders and must be used at the time of returning the shoes.

Mail-in Returns:

• Shoes can be shipped to our facility.
• If the returned shoes do not meet our quality and condition standards, they will be rejected.
• All shipping costs for rejected shoes are the customer’s responsibility.
• Online vouchers for returned shoes must be used within 24 months.

Discount Application

• For each qualifying pair of shoes returned, customers receive a €50 voucher.
• The voucher applies to purchases of €200 or more.
• Customers can use multiple vouchers for higher-value orders, with each voucher redeemable for every €200 increment.
• The voucher can only be used on items that are not on sale and cannot be combined with other discounts except the discounts received from this campaign.

Important Notes

• This policy applies only to personal customers, not businesses or bulk returns.
• Reinhard Frans reserves the right to assess the quality and condition of returned shoes and to reject those that do not meet the stated criteria.
• Vouchers will be emailed after the evaluation of mail-in returns.
• It is highly advised to use the pre-check form to submit pictures for pre-approval, to avoid unnecessary return shipping costs due to rejected pairs sent in.
