Al meerdere schoenen besteld bij Reinhard Frans. Met veel plezier draag ik deze. Deze week online weer een nieuw paar besteld in helaas de verkeerde maat. Er werd vanuit Reinhard Frans een e-mail gestuurd met de vraag of ik wel de juiste maat heb besteld aangezien ik normaal een kleinere maat bestel. Door het meedenken van Reinhard Frans toch nog de juiste maat kunnen bestellen en een hoop gedoe met retouneren en omruilen bespaart. Van deze service kunnen een hoop (online)winkels een hoop leren!

As someone who usually postpones buying shoes, my experience with Reinhard Frans in Laren was surprisingly positive. The seller took the time to listen to my wishes and made good suggestions. Not the cheapest shoes, but the quality is noticeably better and in the end the price was not too bad for Gooise standards. Been wearing them for a few weeks this summer and they fit like a glove!
