Self Returns online can be easily processed by logging into your Reinhard Frans account and requesting a refund for your order. Returns shipments are for the customers account, alternatively you can visit any one of our stores for a FREE refund or exchange.

Use a leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather hydrated and soft

Regular polishing maintains shine and protects leather from damage

Use a high-quality shoe polish- Apply with a soft cloth, then buff to a shine with a shoe brush

Wooden shoe trees help maintain shoe shape, absorb moisture, and prevent creasing

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight & heat

1. Wear socks similar to the ones you plan to wear with the shoes.
2. Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
3. Mark the longest part of your foot (usually the tip of your big toe or second toe)
4. Use the ruler to measure the distance from the wall (heel) to the toe mark.
5. Repeat the process for both feet, as one foot is often slightly larger than the other.
6. Use the measurement of the longer foot when determining your shoe size.
7. Use our shoe size chart from Reinhard Frans (located above next to sizes) to convert your foot length to the correct shoe size.
