Orders are shipped within 2-3 Business days - This is not applicable for Handmade Orders as these are specially made-to-order.
Free Shipping within the Netherlands for all orders over €150.
Free Shipping Germany and Belgium for all orders over €150.
Handmade Orders
In some cases your selected product pay not be in stock or might be an exclusive Made-to-Order product - These Handcrafted orders are made just for you in our atelier and will be ready to ship directly to you within 4 weeks.
Handmade Orders are fully refundable for in-store credit
Returns
A Full refund for products returned within 14 days - please see our Refund Policy if you have any question.
Self Returns online can be easily processed by logging into your Reinhard Frans account and requesting a refund for your order. Returns shipments are for the customers account, alternatively you can visit any one of our stores for a FREE refund or exchange.

Ensure the perfect fit
- Wear socks similar to the ones you plan to wear with the shoes.
- Stand upright with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the longest part of your foot (usually the tip of your big toe or second toe)
- Use the ruler to measure the distance from the wall (heel) to the toe mark.
- Repeat the process for both feet, as one foot is often slightly larger than the other.
- Use the measurement of the longer foot when determining your shoe size.
- Use our shoe size chart from Reinhard Frans (located above next to sizes) to convert your foot length to the correct shoe size.
